Work and workplace is meant to be a source of inspiration, purpose and energy. However, recent stats on workplace stress show that work is becoming a source of stress, anxiety and exhaustion for various reasons like:

- leadership changes to name a few.

Job stress is estimated to cost the US industry more than $300 billion in losses due to absenteeism, diminished productivity, and accidents.
It is no wonder that World Health Organization announced that “Stress has become a World Wide Epidemic”.
